Terms of Service
Effective 26 October 2026. These terms are between you and SupportCALL (ABN 79 281 357 049), trading as InfoBrokerPurge.
The service
InfoBrokerPurge prepares and sends requests to data brokers and similar organisations to delete, suppress or stop selling your personal information, follows up on those requests, and reports the results to you. We act on your written authorisation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; the letters cite laws we believe apply, but outcomes depend on each broker and on your own circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- Enter information only about yourself or a person you are legally entitled to act for (for example your minor child or a person for whom you hold power of attorney).
- Keep the information accurate. Requests with wrong details may be rejected.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication.
- Complete Action Center tasks (identity checks, CAPTCHAs, manual forms) where a broker requires a human step; we cannot do those for you.
Authorisation
By signing the limited power of attorney you appoint SupportCALL as your agent solely for privacy requests, for twelve months, revocable at any time from your profile. Some laws do not recognise agents for deletion requests; where that is the case requests are issued in your name using the reply address you designate through the service.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee that any particular broker will comply, that information will not be re-acquired, or that every broker in existence is in our registry. We re-check and re-demand, and you can report reappearances, but brokers operate outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate another person, to harass any organisation, or to submit false declarations. Accounts used that way are closed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid for the period concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice on your dashboard. You may close your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained.
