InfoBrokerPurge

Privacy Policy

Effective 26 October 2026. InfoBrokerPurge is operated by SupportCALL (ABN 79 281 357 049), Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.

What we collect and why

To remove you from data brokers we need the information brokers hold: your legal name, other names, addresses past and present, phone numbers, email addresses and date of birth. You enter it yourself. We use it for one purpose: preparing and sending deletion and opt-out requests on your behalf, and reading the replies.

We also hold your account email, password hash, notification preferences, the IP address and browser signature of sign-ins and signatures (for security and as evidence of your authorisation), and the full record of every request sent and every reply received.

How it is protected

Who receives your data

Only the data brokers you ask us to contact, and only the identifiers needed for them to locate and delete your records. Each request is sent from a unique reply address so brokers cannot correlate your requests with each other. We never sell, share or license your information.

Your rights

You can view, correct and delete any entry at any time from your profile. You can export everything we hold as JSON from Settings. Closing your account wipes your identity vault and shreds documents immediately. We retain the record that requests were made, with personal data removed, because that record is what you would rely on to enforce a broker's obligations.

If you are in Australia you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; in the EU or UK to your supervisory authority or the ICO; in California to the CPPA. Contact us first at privacy@infobrokerpurge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
